As a Cleaning Supervisor, you are a central contact person for our employees and customers. You coordinate the daily work assignments, ensure a smooth process, and make sure our quality standards are met. You are regularly on site directly with our customers, lead employees, solve problems, and ensure professional communication between all parties involved.

Your tasks

• Planning and coordination of cleaning assignments
• Leadership, support, and training of employees
• Contact person for employees and customers
• On-site care of customer premises
• Conducting quality controls
• Optimising workflows and independent problem solving
• Recruitment and training of new employees
• Reporting and material management

Your qualifications

• Vocational training with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or equivalent education
• 2–3 years of professional experience in the cleaning industry
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Assertiveness and good communication skills
• Customer-oriented and well-groomed appearance
• Good knowledge of German
• Driving licence category B
• Good MS Office skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours
