Responsibilities:

• Independent management of diverse construction projects
• On-site construction supervision, inspection and acceptance of construction work
• Responsibility for change orders, warranty work and final accounting
• Preparation of the realisation phase
• Preparation of tender applications and contracts for work
• Monitoring of costs, deadlines and quality
• Contact person for clients, suppliers and specialist planners
• Coordination of subcontractors

Your profile:

• Solid basic knowledge in construction with planning or craft training
• Qualification as a federally certified construction manager, HF structural technician or equivalent qualification
• Experience in construction management, general contractor/technical contractor or total service provider
• High quality standards in construction delivery
• Proactive, solution-oriented and structured way of working
• Confident handling of MS Office, Real Viewer, Messerli (or willingness to learn)
• Strong communication skills & resilience, even in challenging situations
