Employee Consultation Compression Stockings 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

The position

• You competently and empathetically advise our customers, ensuring they are properly cared for
• The main focus is on the consultation and sale of circular and flat-knitted compression stockings, as well as bandages and ready-made orthoses
• You look after your customers both in the store in St. Gallen and externally in various institutions
• You maintain and expand the network with physiotherapists and doctors
• You are part of the reception team, welcoming our customers, recording their needs, and scheduling appointments

Your profile

• You have experience in healthcare and/or customer consultation
• Ideally, you originally trained in medical massage, drugstore/pharmacy, or as a healthcare assistant (FaGe)
• You are also welcome as a career changer if you are motivated to deeply engage with compression care for venous and lymphatic issues
• You enjoy direct customer contact and have no fear of interaction
• Digitalisation, IT, tablets, etc. are not foreign words to you
• You hold a driving licence and can be deployed flexibly
