To strengthen our team in the Digital area, we are looking for a motivated and committed Business Analyst (m/f/d), 100%, at the Basel Headquarters location from 01.10.2025.

Your responsibilities
- You support the specialist departments in creating requirement specifications for solution approaches, taking into account the technical system requirements.
- You analyze the overall context of business processes, organizational structures, IT as well as material resources and identify weaknesses.
- You collect, review, and document the professional needs and expectations of organizational units in their project undertakings.
- You develop solution proposals and decision bases based on the recorded requirements.
- You prepare quality assurance measures according to the specified requirements.
- You evaluate and validate operational solutions with regard to project specifications.
- You communicate with internal and external stakeholders and present the resulting outputs.
- You ensure the interface function between the specialist department and IT.
- You create test cases and assess and accompany user tests.
- You lead small and/or sub-projects.
- You develop subject-specific foundations for creating project orders.

Your profile
- You are well acquainted with retail and logistics processes, and business operations are familiar to you.
- You have experience with business and process analyses and bring good project management knowledge.
- Your conceptual and analytical skills are strongly developed.
- You enjoy working in a team and in cross-departmental projects.
- You communicate fluently and convincingly in German. French and English skills are an advantage.
