Responsibilities
- Ensure monitoring, management and closure of guarantee cases on completed projects.
- Guarantee cost control, traceability of files and clear visibility of open guarantee cases
- Represent Implenia to clients and partners for all guarantee-related matters
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement by analysing recurring defects and providing feedback to execution teams
- Ensure monitoring, analysis and processing of client defect notices via dedicated tools (e.g. Resolving, Conject, Olmero)
- Prepare response proposals to clients, coordinate actions with relevant departments and ensure formal defect resolution
- Prepare and send defect notices to subcontractors, suppliers and agents, and organise necessary interventions
- Conduct site inspections and, where appropriate, participate in the acceptance of certain defect notices
- Maintain relationships with clients, partners and internal support functions for all guarantee-related matters
- Carry out upstream quality checks on ongoing or finalising projects to anticipate defects before delivery
- Participate in handover meetings between execution teams and the Guarantees department, analyse transfer files and verify document completeness
- Identify recurring defects, analyse causes and provide quality feedback to execution teams in a continuous improvement approach
- Collaborate with the legal department for monitoring sensitive files and managing associated correspondence
- Monitor bank guarantees (clients, subcontractors and suppliers).
- Update financial dashboards, contribute to delimitations and MIS in collaboration with the Guarantees project manager
- Ensure organisation, archiving and traceability of the Guarantees department files, as well as drafting necessary minutes
Your profile
- Technical training in building or civil engineering (CFC, ES or HES)
- Proven experience in construction management, site supervision or guarantee management, ideally in a construction company
- Good knowledge of construction techniques and acceptance and guarantee processes
- Excellent analytical and file structuring skills
- Rigour, organisational skills and autonomy
- Ease in client relations and ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders (clients, subcontractors, legal, internal teams)
- Proficiency in common IT tools and defect tracking platforms.
- Very good level of French; English is an asset
