Job Description
- Ensuring the operational readiness and availability of building services and infrastructure systems
- Monitoring, controlling, and maintaining infrastructure systems using the building management system
- Carrying out maintenance, inspection, and repair work
- Ensuring process water supply and treatment for production
- Analysing and rectifying faults and initiating appropriate measures
- Planning, documenting, and following up on maintenance work
- Coordinating and supervising external service providers and specialist companies
- Participating in optimisation and infrastructure projects
- Supporting in the areas of fire protection, environmental and occupational safety
- Deputy responsible for locking systems
Qualifications
- Completed technical vocational training, e.g. as an electrician, automation technician, heating, ventilation, sanitary or refrigeration technician, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in maintenance, building services engineering or technical infrastructure
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Technical understanding and enjoyment of practical activities
- Good MS Office skills
- Team-oriented and service-minded personality
