Data Consulting SA is an IT company based in Lausanne with around thirty employees. We assist municipalities in redesigning their information systems (ERP). As a software publisher and service provider, we are able to support clients with innovative and digital solutions.

Our goal is to offer a comprehensive service for IT services to our clients.

We are looking for a point of contact for customer support/hotline for our team based in Lausanne with the role of:

IT TECHNICIAN / OPERATOR (M/F)

In collaboration with the teams, he/she ensures the quality of the technical/IT service to the satisfaction of external and internal clients.

Mission

• Management of hotline and level 1-2 incidents;
• Ensure proactive administration of workstations, servers and network equipment;
• Management and execution of projects for the introduction of new services or technologies;
• Occasional travel to clients;

Scope and knowledge

• Very good knowledge of PC configuration, Windows OS and Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online;
• Good knowledge of Windows 2022-2025 systems and networks (ADS, GPO, DHCP, RDP);
• Basic network knowledge (firewalls, switches and VPN);
• Knowledge of VMware ESXi, Veeam backup, Zabbix monitoring is an asset;

Profile

• Certified technician, IT operator or equivalent;
• Minimum 2-3 years professional experience in the field;
• Organised, service-oriented, good interpersonal communication skills;
• Good presentation, flexible, willing to travel for interventions;
• Resident in the vicinity (max 45 minutes) Switzerland or holding a C or B permit;
