Your tasks
- Consultation of case-handling specialists and service personnel on questions from the field of social assistance
- Comprehensive case review of support cases in statutory social assistance
- Writing reports and recommendations for case management
- Clarifications within the framework of the obligation to support relatives
- Systematic collection and evaluation of statistical data
- Development and further development of professional foundations, regulations, as well as conducting internal training
- Participation in smaller/mid-sized cross-projects/work groups
- Writing criminal complaints and conducting home visits based on suspicions
- Processing applications to a foundation
- Assistance in processing applications for re-evaluations and in appeal procedures
Your profile
- Degree in Social Work with proven, several years of professional experience in case management of statutory social assistance and/or in case review of statutory social assistance (mandatory)
- Very good knowledge of social insurance
- Quick comprehension with an efficient, high-quality working method
- Flair for networked thinking and acting
- Enjoyment of independent and team-oriented work in an interdisciplinary team and a dynamic environment
- High sense of responsibility
- Humor, flexibility, and team ability
