Shift Supervisor Freight Handling (m/f/d) 100%
For our management team in the Freight Handling department, we are looking for a shift supervisor from 1 December 2026 at the earliest.
What you can expect with us- Personnel management, coaching and development of a team
- Shift responsibility in daily operations
- Planning and coordination of employee deployments
- Support for internal and external customers
- Control administration of order entry and invoicing
- Process management and optimisation
- Handling of exceptional situations in operations
- Support on the shift during bottlenecks
- Participation in projects and taking on areas of responsibility
- Monitoring and compliance with quality, safety and process requirements
- Ensuring smooth and efficient operational workflows
- Completed vocational training, preferably in logistics
- Good expertise in air freight handling
- Leadership experience
- Reliable, precise, flexible working style
- Good communication skills
- Flexible, resilient and a team player
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Good PC user skills
- Assertiveness and a high sense of responsibility
- Independent and solution-oriented working method
