The Pflegezentren Gemeinde Arth Foundation is one of the 60 largest employers in the canton of Schwyz and operates the Mythenpark and Chriesigarte retirement centres in Goldau and Arth. We provide a home for our 142 residents and employ around 190 staff, including 15 apprentices.

From 1 January 2027 or by arrangement, we are seeking an entrepreneurial and committed leader as a

Head of Finance and Administration & Member of the Executive Board 100%.

Your responsibilities:

In this key position, you are a member of the executive board, bear overall operational responsibility for the Finance, Administration and IT departments, and skilfully implement the strategic corporate objectives of the Board of Trustees in your area according to business management principles. You are fully responsible for finance and accounting including the annual financial statements, as well as the corporate budgeting process, financial planning and controlling for a medium-sized company. Furthermore, you lead projects aimed at further developing the organisation. You work closely with the other executive board members of the foundation and support the institution's director.

What you bring with you:

• A solid business or commercial education
• Extensive experience in finance and management accounting with assured completion skills
• Several years of professional and leadership experience, preferably in healthcare
• High professional, social and leadership competence
• High resilience and excellent communication skills
• You enjoy taking responsibility and think economically
• You keep your knowledge up to date professionally and can present your opinions and visions clearly and factually in the executive board and the Board of Trustees
• You maintain a team-oriented, positive and motivating leadership style
