Real Estate Marketer in the Commercial Sector

(Workplace Zollikon, 80-100% D/E)

You will be entrusted with these exciting challenges:

• You will independently manage marketing mandates for office spaces as the "Representative of the landlord" to success
• You will develop customised marketing strategies, create convincing presentations and leasing documents
• You will analyse markets, locations and target groups and derive well-founded recommendations for owners, clients and prospective tenants
• You will organise and accompany viewings and ensure a professional customer journey from initial contact to conclusion
• You will follow up with prospective tenants in a structured manner and prepare meaningful reports
• You will support the team in acquiring new marketing mandates
• You enjoy maintaining and expanding contacts with owners, administrations, users and other market participants

We can rely on you for the following:

• You bring experience in the real estate sector, preferably in the leasing of office spaces
• You ideally have further training in the real estate industry
• You communicate confidently in German and have very good English skills
• You convince through negotiation skills and a strong service orientation
• You keep an overview even with several parallel projects
• You enjoy the market, people and actively driving projects forward
