Senior System Engineer
What you can achieve with us.
- Planning, implementation and operation of modern IT infrastructure solutions (client, server, storage, cloud)
- Creation of solution concepts and technical documentation
- Support and consulting of our customers on-site and remotely
- Operation and further development of our managed services
- 3rd-level support and on-call duties as needed
- Collaboration with internal interfaces (e.g. project management, account management)
What sets you apart.
- Completed vocational training in the IT field
- Further education at HF, FH or university level (e.g. computer science, electrical engineering)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a service-oriented IT environment with external customers
- Solid knowledge in at least two of the following areas: Microsoft Server, virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V), Microsoft Azure / Office365, client engineering or storage / backup
- Experience with complex IT projects
- Manufacturer certifications (e.g. MCSE, VCP) are an advantage
- Good German and English skills
- Independent, team-oriented and customer-focused personality
- Driving licence category B
