Property Manager 80-100 (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 105,000Our client is an established technology company that develops and realises sophisticated technical systems and components for international applications. The company combines development, manufacturing, and technical services and supports its solutions through various phases.
Precision, quality, and reliable processes characterise the working environment. You can expect a technically demanding environment with short decision-making paths, high personal responsibility, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Independent management of a demanding real estate portfolio
- Support of tenants and owners, including contract management and rent adjustments
- Conducting property inspections, apartment handovers and takeovers
- Planning and monitoring of maintenance and renovation work
- Management and control of external service providers and craftsmen
- Preparation of operating and ancillary cost statements
- Budget planning and control as well as preparation of reports and analyses for owners
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines
- Support in the development and implementation of strategies to increase the value of the properties
- Use and management of the property management system SAP RE-FX
Qualifications:
- Completed training in the real estate sector or a comparable qualification
- Federal diploma as a property manager
- Several years of professional experience in property management
- Sound knowledge of Swiss tenancy and real estate law
- Experience with SAP RE-FX or similar property management systems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
