Amsler Spielwaren and Zollibolli is a family-run toy company with 9 branches in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. For many years, we have been delighting our customers with a wide range of high-quality toys, creative products and gift ideas.

To strengthen our team at our head office in EIKEN, Aargau, we are looking for a motivated and flexible retail specialist for the areas of online shop, store and warehouse.

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the smooth processing of orders from our online shop (order picking, packaging and shipping)
• Advising and supporting our customers by email, telephone and in the store
• Handling returns and complaints
• Processing goods deliveries
• Contributing to the optimisation of processes in the online shop

Your Profile

• Completed training in retail or commercial apprenticeship with an understanding of logistics processes
• Experience in e-commerce, sales or warehouse is an advantage
• Enjoyment in dealing with customers and toys
• Sense of accuracy, structured and focused approach
• Independent, very reliable and responsible working style
• Team player and resilient
• Good IT skills and affinity for digital processes
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
