Your Tasks

• Organise and monitor transport orders for import and export
• Coordination and monitoring of deliveries
• Recording purchase orders in the ERP system
• Obtaining quotes and processing enquiries
• Booking goods receipts in the ERP system
• Processing article master data
• Organising customer returns
• Order entry and registration of general cargo
• Holiday cover for property and vehicle management
• Assistance with annual inventory

Your Profile

• Experience in domestic and international transport (Europe)
• Completed commercial apprenticeship with further training as a purchasing specialist
• Very precise, clean and rapid working style
• High resilience, reliability and punctuality
• Native German speaker and very good English. French is an advantage
• Good and open communication style
• General IT skills (MS Excel, Word, MS CRM is an advantage)
