We are an innovative company based in Kloten, specialising in the processing of acrylic glass (Plexiglas) and other plastics. Our products are used in advertising, lighting, mechanical engineering, as well as shop and exhibition stand construction.
Our work is diverse, varied and technically exciting. From single pieces to prototypes to series production, almost everything is included with us.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and skilled craftsman.
Your tasks
- Setting up and operating our laser machine, CNC milling machines, CNC lathe, bending machines, router and various hand machines
- Thermal forming of acrylic glass
- Manufacturing wooden moulds for plastic moulded parts
- Precise and highly transparent bonding of acrylic glass
- Producing individual parts, prototypes and series according to technical drawings
- Thinking along and contributing to the development of individual customer solutions
- Occasional assembly work at our customers' premises
Your profile
- Completed training as a plastic processor, carpenter, model maker, polymechanic, sign technician or in a similar profession
- Practical experience in setting up and operating CNC machines is essential
- Experience with CAD and CAM software, WoodWOP or comparable programmes, so you can quickly familiarise yourself with our systems
- Manual dexterity, technical understanding and enjoyment of precise work
- Interest in processing plastics and willingness to learn new things
- Independent, reliable and careful working style
- Team spirit, flexibility and initiative
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
