To complement our Operations division, we are looking for a process-oriented
Project Manager Industrialisation for the Bus Assembly.Would you like to see technical solutions not only on drawings but also experience their implementation directly on the vehicle and actively help shape it? In this versatile role, you are an important link between engineering and production and help ensure that new vehicles successfully make their way into series production. You can expect a varied environment where your technical understanding, practical proximity and eye for improvements are in demand. You thus make a direct contribution to the quality, efficiency and further development of our vehicles and assembly processes.

Your Tasks

• Taking over the interface function from engineering to assembly in the production of first vehicles
• Technical support of new vehicles from order receipt to completed introduction into the assembly line
• Building and maintaining an overview of ongoing industrialisation projects
• Creating change requests based on findings from the assembly of first vehicles
• Close exchange and collaboration with the Process Improvement team to implement optimisations in the assembly process

Our Requirements

• Completed vocational training in industry
• Further training in automotive/vehicle technology or process technology
• Several years of professional and project management experience
• Good language skills in German and English
• Production- and process-oriented personality
• Resilience and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to learn new things
