In intake, you accompany people and handle cases with care and structure – from the initial assessment to a clean handover to social counseling. You move confidently between legal texts, numbers, and deadlines, never losing sight of the person. During case intake, you ensure that financial aid is administered correctly and everything is documented cleanly, comprehensibly, and transparently in the case management system. Taking responsibility feels right to you, even when the wind blows stronger.
What you bring in your backpack
- Degree in Social Work (FH) or an equivalent qualification
- Ideally experience in social assistance or social insurance
- Enjoyment of numbers, structure, and legal issues
- Organizational talent, flexibility, and team spirit
- Very good German skills, additional languages are a plus
- Confident use of MS Office, knowledge of TUTORIS is an advantage
