You know property accounting inside out and want to see the other side of the software you use every day? At GARAIO REM, your property management experience becomes the driving force behind a tool used by management companies throughout Switzerland. To strengthen our team in Lausanne, we are looking, immediately or by arrangement, for a property accounting specialist.

GARAIO REM develops next-generation property management software for professional management companies. Our solution covers the entire value chain, from owner to tenant. We are over 80 employees in Bern, Zurich and Lausanne. Our French-speaking team is growing, and we want it to know the field as well as our clients.

YOUR ROLE

You act as the link between the business and development.
Specifically, you:

• analyse and qualify requests from our clients and partners, in connection with our internal teams;
• write specifications for new accounting features and test them before production deployment;
• support management companies migrating to GARAIO REM: accounting setup, data migration, initial closings;
• share your practitioner’s perspective so the software matches the reality of French-speaking Swiss management companies.

Your ideas have a direct impact: they end up in a tool used daily by management companies across Switzerland.

 
YOUR PROFILE

• Commercial employee CFC (property or fiduciary sector) or equivalent training; a federal diploma (property management, finance and accounting) is an asset.
• Solid experience in property accounting, notably in service charge statements, property closings and condominium accounting.
• You have worked with at least one property management software (e.g. Quorum, Rimo, Immotop, Abaimmo, Garaio REM is an asset).
• You are comfortable with IT and enjoy patiently supporting users.
• You appreciate variety and willingly take on responsibilities.
• Your mother tongue is French and you have good knowledge of German, at least spoken.
