Carpenter - Project Manager with Leadership Experience

• Coordination and management of projects from various customer sectors on a technical and administrative level
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and economic efficiency targets
• Functioning as the central interface between planning, production, assembly, and end customers

• Completed apprenticeship as a carpenter EFZ or joiner EFZ
• Preferably initial experience in project management of windows, doors, façades, or house and element construction
• Completed further training or ongoing education as a project manager or technical business administrator
• Strong communication skills and polished manners in customer and team contact
• Structured, organised, and customer-oriented working style with confident German language skills and a category B driving licence
