Field Service Technician - External Engineer Fitter (M/F)

Within the Services & Performance Business Unit, we offer you the opportunity to join our Pool of External Fitters as a Field Service Technician - engineer level.

This is a permanent contract, 100% activity rate, based at our Mex site (headquarters and production).

The role of Field Service Technician requires a strong desire and availability to go on assignments with our clients abroad for 40 to 60% of your time per year over several consecutive weeks (generally 4 to 6 weeks).

YOUR MISSION :

YOUR PROFILE

• Commission product line equipment at our clients’ sites, in Switzerland and abroad, worldwide
• Master control and drive systems (motion control)
• PLC programming
• Train our clients’ staff in the maintenance of our equipment as well as in the use of technical documentation
• Collaborate with the various departments related to the product line (Technical Support, R&D, Marketing, Training)
• Ensure the functional management of our products from their design
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance internally and to our clients

:

• You hold a HES engineering degree or equivalent in the electrical or automation field
• You are willing to travel abroad (approx. 60% of your time for long periods) to our clients and within our subsidiaries
• You have very good English skills; proficiency in other languages is a plus
• You are familiar with Office 365 tools as well as the SAP system (ideally)
• You hold a driving licence category
