About the job
The daycare center Kinderhaus Imago cares for children with and without disabilities from 3 months old. Our integrative concept is unique in Switzerland: half of the places are reserved for children with a disability, a (rare) illness and/or behavioral difficulties.
The vision of the visoparents foundation is a society in which every person can live equally with their individual abilities and strengths.
To complete our team, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement.
These are your tasks
- You care for, accompany, and support children with and without disabilities
- You support the children in their development and in achieving their support goals
- You carry out professional care and support and advise and guide non-specialist team colleagues
- You have an overview of emergency and medical materials throughout the house
- You provide first aid in emergency situations
- You take on the role of key person
- You participate in meetings, parent events, and internal training sessions
What you bring with you
- You are a certified nursing specialist HF with a focus on child and adolescent nursing
- You have experience working with people with disabilities
- You maintain a mindful and respectful approach to the children and within the team
- You are a team player and have the willingness to contribute beyond the group
