Architect / Planner & Client Advisor 100%
(Sales regions: SH / TG / AI / AR / FL / GR / GL / SZ East / TI / ZH East, left and right Lake Zurich shore)

In this key position, you accompany exciting construction projects already in the concept and planning phase and position the system solutions of the swisspor Group with investors, clients, architects, planners as well as general and total contractors. You do not sell individual products but develop the best overall solution for each project together with our specialists.

• You identify and develop attractive construction projects already in early project phases.
• You build sustainable relationships with clients, investors, architects, planners, general contractors and total contractors.
• You competently advise decision-makers on technically, economically and sustainably convincing system solutions.
• You recognise potentials across various trades and bring the right specialists together.
• You successfully position the solutions of the swisspor Group in tenders and projects.
• You present our system worlds at customer events, specialist events and roadshows.
• You coordinate project development until handover to the responsible sales organisations.

• Education in construction, for example as an architect, civil engineer, construction technician or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience dealing with architects, planners, investors or clients
• Sound understanding of construction processes, tenders and project workflows
• Enthusiasm for holistic solution approaches around the building envelope and structural engineering
• Confident appearance at decision-maker and management level
• Strong communication and advisory skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of networking
• Structured, independent and goal-oriented working style
• Very good German skills, French skills are a plus
