Your team
The Corporate Functions division encompasses the Group’s non-banking activities and comprises over 600 employees. Staffed by specialists with deep expertise across all business lines, the central functions are organised into various group departments: Communication, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Corporate Office, Risk and Taxation.
The Financial Institutions Management (FIM) team, part of the Finance Department, is the Group's centre of expertise for managing relationships with financial institutions. As a key member of this team, you will help maintain and enhance the Group's vital relationships with our financial counterparties.
Your role
We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional to take ownership of optimising data management, streamlining workflows, and driving process automation across the team's activities. You will lead the transformation and implementation of these initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
Process improvement and automation
• Analyse and map current processes, systems and tools across the team's activities.
• Identify inefficiencies and take the initiative to propose and implement improvements.
• Take ownership of automation solutions and drive the digital transformation of our workflows, leveraging advanced analytics and the latest technologies.
• Reduce reliance on manual processes and email-based requests by introducing robust, scalable solutions.
Data Management and Quality
• Maintain and enhance financial counterparty master data (codification, static data).
• Lead efforts to build and manage a centralised “golden source” of data, ensuring high data quality and consistency.
• Implement and monitor automated data quality controls, ensuring data reconciliation and consistency across systems.
Reporting and Monitoring
• Prepare impactful dashboards reports, and presentations for internal teams and senior management, using state-of-the-art data visualisation tools.
• Participate in projects that impact the team's activities, driving innovation, efficiency and the adoption of new data science methodologies.
Your profile
• Master’s degree or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of experience and keen interest in banking, or previous experience in the banking industry.
• Experience in KYC/AML would be a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and able to take initiative, structured, with strong attention to detail.
• Committed, results-driven and accountable.
• Strong team spirit with the ability to collaborate across teams and business lines.
• Keen interest in process improvement, automation and data visualisation, leveraging technology.
• Experience in SQL and Python.
• Experience with Business Intelligence Tools (Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau) and in Gen AI project implementation.
• Familiarity with data management concepts (data quality/governance).
• Fluent in French and English; other languages are a plus.
• Must be resident in Switzerland.
