Your new tasks

• You are responsible for the sales of digital service offerings such as data monitoring, cyber and IT security, as well as SaaS in the field of building automation, and specifically identify new market opportunities
• In this context, you develop individual solution concepts and prepare customised service offers, working closely with internal and external contacts
• Building on this, you conduct sales negotiations, provide comprehensive advice to existing and new customers, and accompany the process until successful contract conclusion
• Additionally, you support campaigns and market activities, conduct customer-specific workshops, and act as the central contact person for digital service offerings
• Finally, you record and maintain relevant data in the offer and customer management tool and ensure complete offer documentation

Your talents and experience

• Successfully completed technical training, preferably in the electrical or IT sector
• Commercial further training in business administration or sales is an advantage
• Several years of sales experience in a technical environment, ideally in building or security technology, is desirable
• Sound knowledge in digital process solutions and a strong affinity for IT topics
• Experience in developing individual solution concepts and strong analytical skills
• You convince with an authentic appearance, communication and negotiation skills, as well as a pronounced customer and service orientation
• Very good German and good English skills
