About the job
For a modern care home in the Toggenburg region, we are looking for an experienced care assistant for a temporary assignment starting immediately. You will support a well-coordinated care team and benefit from flexible deployment options, including half shifts.
Requirements
- Completed course as a care assistant SRK or equivalent care assistant course recognised by OdASanté
- At least 6 months of professional experience in long-term care
- Enjoyment in caring for and supporting elderly people
- Good German language skills (at least B2)
- Independent, reliable and responsible working style
- Willingness to work early, late and weekend shifts
Tasks
- Basic care and individual support of residents
- Assistance with activities of daily living
- Observation and communication of care-relevant changes
- Care documentation within own area of competence
- Close collaboration with the care team
