Field Sales Representative: Member Recruitment 80-100%
Your responsibilities
As a member recruiter in the field, you visit construction sites in the region and encourage employees to stand up for their concerns together. You actively approach potential members and convince them in personal conversations of the benefits of Unia membership. You also inform employees about their rights, convey the meaning and importance of collective labor agreements, and present our attractive benefits for members.
Your qualifications
- Completed training
- Professional experience in sales or in construction/trade is an advantage
- (Swiss) German (at least level B2) and knowledge of Albanian or Italian
- Another migration language such as Spanish is an advantage
- Identification with the union's goals
- Independent work, reliability, flexibility, and assertiveness
- Driving license category B
