Wenger Holzbau AG, with its operational sites in Steffisburg and Unterseen and around 80 employees, is distinguished by high-quality timber constructions in the fields of structural timber engineering, carpentry work / conversion / renovations, timber system and façade construction, soundproofing, and temporary structures of the highest quality.For the operational sites in Steffisburg and Unterseen, we require energetic reinforcement and are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Carpenter EFZ (100%)

Your profile:
- You have completed training as a Carpenter EFZ
- You have several years of professional experience
- Your ideal age is between 25 and 40 years
- You value a responsible, independent, structured, and precise way of working
- You have a quick grasp and willingness to learn
- You are flexible, sociable, reliable, and maintain pleasant manners
- You possess a category B driving licence
Your area of responsibility:
- Participation in production (cutting and assembly work / element and timber frame construction / general preparation work)
- Participation in assembly (assistance with assembly work in the area of new builds and conversions in assigned teams)
- Solution-oriented coordination on site with architects / construction management / clients
Your leadership role:
- Independent management of assigned construction sites
- Leading a team of up to 4 employees on site at the construction site
- Leading assigned apprentices
