HF Care Specialist or EFZ Health Specialist
In the protected residential group for people with dementia, part-time employment from 40% possible
Your tasks
- You ensure the care and support of the residents, taking into account their social and cultural needs.
- You plan, organize, coordinate, and supervise the nursing tasks.
- You work in the intra- and interprofessional team and collaborate with specialist offices from involved work and professional areas.
Your profile
- Enjoyment of coordination and leadership tasks
- Enjoyment of working in the dementia care department
- Empathy, helpfulness, and patience
- Team and communication skills
