School Social Worker, 55% to 60% / Total Annual Working Time 39 SW

Your main tasks
- Counseling and support for learners with school and personal problems
- Planning and implementation of preventive projects and measures
- Collaboration and exchange with teaching and specialist staff, school social work, support, school management, parents, and external partners
- Promotion of social competence and integration of students
- Crisis intervention and conflict resolution
Your profile
- Completed studies in social work, social pedagogy, or socio-cultural animation (FH or HF)
- Completed specialist training in school social work is an advantage
- Experience in experiential education and interdisciplinary work
- Professional experience in the school environment, parent work, or in child and youth work is an advantage
- Knowledge in counseling and conversation management
- Competencies in solution-oriented individual counseling with children and adults as well as in the support
of group-specific processes
- Empathy, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
- Ability to work independently
- Team player
