To strengthen our team in Biel, we are looking for a Logistics Team Leader to start immediately or by arrangement

Job Description

As a Logistics Team Leader, you can expect the following areas of responsibility:

 

• Leadership and further development of the organisation in the areas of goods receipt, storage, order picking, goods issue and delivery.

 

• Management of the driver and warehouse team (9 employees).

 

• Scheduling and route planning of beverage deliveries.

 

• Organisation of internal processes (management and maintenance of the vehicle fleet, warehouse infrastructure and event furniture)

 

• Ordering goods and inventory.

 

• Sale of beverages from the ramp.

 

• You will realise optimisation potential along the storage and distribution processes and take logistics to the next level.

Requirements Profile

 

• Basic logistical or technical training, ideally with further education in logistics (logistics specialist or equivalent)

 

• Proven logistics professional with several years of professional experience and track record

 

• Demonstrable good leadership experience.

 

• Very good PC user skills (MS Office and ERP tools)

 

• Fluent German and knowledge of French.

 

• Personality: You communicate authentically, empathetically and motivate with enthusiasm. Good assertiveness combined with a high solution orientation make it easier for you to fulfil your tasks. A strong service orientation, conceptual skills, organisational talent as well as an exemplary, modern leadership style ideally complete your profile.
