In the trainee program, we train you to become an assistant, that is, the right hand of the restaurant manager. In this role, you bear the operational responsibility in the daily restaurant routine. You already have experience leading a team and lead your crew with great enthusiasm because teamwork is crucial to success for you. Even in hectic times, you keep a cool head and support your employees by pitching in everywhere in the restaurant. As a courteous host, you take care of the well-being of our guests as well as ensuring our high-quality standards are met.
