About the job

Entry into Financial Market Law: Support our team with insolvency and restructuring matters and gain valuable practical experience.

• Assisting in the preparation of orders in insolvency law
• Supporting the assessment of recognition requests (foreign bankruptcy decrees and insolvency measures)
• Participating in the examination of authorisation applications for capital market instruments
• Contributing to legislative projects and professional publications
• Supporting the clarification of legal issues in the area of Recovery & Resolution
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments as well as interdisciplinary teams
• Assisting in the coordination of external expert opinions and legal clarifications

• Master's degree in law (Swiss university)
• Approx. 2-4 years of professional experience, e.g. internships or trainee experience in a legal environment
• Interest in financial market, insolvency or restructuring law
• Analytical thinking, high willingness to learn and careful working style
• Enjoyment of teamwork and interdisciplinary exchange
• Fluent German or French (C2) with good knowledge of the other language (B2) as well as very good English skills (C1); Italian is an advantage
