Specialist Responsibility Nursing Expert 80-100 (m/f/d)

- Further development of care quality and hygiene guidelines

- Conducting various analyses of the care process

- Analysis and optimisation of care documentation

- Support of departments and the nursing team

- Conducting professional discussions with residents and relatives

- Professional supervision of nursing staff

- Certified nursing professional HF/FH with further education BScN

- Many years of professional experience in long-term care, gerontopsychiatry or geriatrics
