Ensuring equipment availability - hands-on & with responsibility

You ensure that our production runs – and will become even more stable in the future.
You fix malfunctions yourself, but think further: You analyse causes and develop our maintenance so that failures do not occur in the first place.
In short: You sustainably reduce downtime and strengthen equipment availability

For this key role we are looking for a:

Maintenance Specialist

Your tasks include

• Hands-on & Maintenance
• Maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of production equipment
• Mechanical work as well as diagnostics (including automation/control)
• 
  
• Maintenance & Equipment Management
• Planning and execution of preventive maintenance, spare parts management
• Optimisation of maintenance and inspection plans
• Ensuring equipment availability
• Condition assessment of equipment, risk management
• 
  
• Coordination & Collaboration
• Coordination with manufacturers and external service partners
• Organisation of maintenance assignments and management of maintenance contracts
• Technical contact for production
• Participation in improvements and layout optimisations

You are

• a practitioner with a genuine hands-on mentality
  
• structured, solution-oriented and decisive
• down-to-earth, team-oriented and communicative
  

You have

• a technical apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma (e.g. automation technician, mechatronics technician or polymechanic)
• further training as a maintenance specialist
• at least 5 years of experience in maintenance of production equipment
• good mechanical skills and enjoyment of practical work
• knowledge in automation / control technology (experience with Siemens and Beckhoff controls is an advantage)
• ideally experience in the metalworking environment (stamping, welding, grinding, assembly)
