You ensure that our production runs – and will become even more stable in the future.
You fix malfunctions yourself, but think further: You analyse causes and develop our maintenance so that failures do not occur in the first place.
In short: You sustainably reduce downtime and strengthen equipment availability
For this key role we are looking for a:
Maintenance Specialist
Your tasks include
- Hands-on & Maintenance
- Maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of production equipment
- Mechanical work as well as diagnostics (including automation/control)
- Maintenance & Equipment Management
- Planning and execution of preventive maintenance, spare parts management
- Optimisation of maintenance and inspection plans
- Ensuring equipment availability
- Condition assessment of equipment, risk management
- Coordination & Collaboration
- Coordination with manufacturers and external service partners
- Organisation of maintenance assignments and management of maintenance contracts
- Technical contact for production
- Participation in improvements and layout optimisations
- a practitioner with a genuine hands-on mentality
- structured, solution-oriented and decisive
- down-to-earth, team-oriented and communicative
- a technical apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma (e.g. automation technician, mechatronics technician or polymechanic)
- further training as a maintenance specialist
- at least 5 years of experience in maintenance of production equipment
- good mechanical skills and enjoyment of practical work
- knowledge in automation / control technology (experience with Siemens and Beckhoff controls is an advantage)
- ideally experience in the metalworking environment (stamping, welding, grinding, assembly)
- Direct influence on availability, processes and production performance
- Short decision-making paths and a lot of personal responsibility
