- Oriented and personalized advice on insurance solutions to clients you meet at their homes, at the agency, or by phone
- Professional follow-up and development of your own client portfolio
- Acquisition of new clients to ensure the growth of your region's client portfolio
- Placement of other AXA products (finance and pension, health services)
- Carrying out administrative tasks related to your position, supported by the entire AXA structure and modern tracking tools

Your skills and talents
- With a professional diploma and initial experience related to consulting or sales, you have a strong interest in training or improving yourself in the insurance field; having the AFA is an additional asset
- You can demonstrate a very good knowledge of the local economic fabric, a wide network in the Geneva region, as well as a strong knowledge of the Swiss social system because you live there
- Your personality is service-oriented and you have ease in contacts with others, you look for solutions for your clients and know how to adapt to any situation
- You master French both orally and in writing; any other language is an advantage
- Your working method is autonomous and goal-oriented; remuneration based on your own performance is an additional source of motivation
- You are comfortable with common IT systems as well as learning new digital tools
