Health Specialist EFZ (m/f/d) Acute Psychiatry 60-100%

For a modern psychiatric clinic in Eastern Switzerland, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed Health Specialist EFZ (m/f/d) for an acute ward. You support people in acute psychological distress situations and actively contribute your expertise to everyday treatment. Requirements

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (SRK recognition required for qualifications obtained abroad)
• Experience or interest in psychiatry (acute care area advantageous)
• Resilience, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment in working with people in challenging life phases
• Teamwork skills, strong communication, and a respectful basic attitude
• Willingness to develop professionally and personally

Tasks

• You professionally accompany and care for patients in acute psychological crisis situations
• You implement individual care and treatment measures together with the interprofessional team
• You promote existing resources and support patients on the path to greater independence
• You document nursing services carefully and ensure reliable information exchange within the treatment team
• You approach demanding situations in psychiatric daily life calmly, confidently, and solution-oriented
