What you can achieve with us.
In this versatile role, you take on the leadership and coordination of facility management services for several customer locations. Your responsibilities include, among others:
- Preparation and monitoring of annual budgets per mandate
- Cost and budget control as well as KPI monitoring
- Preparation of reports and analyses
- Ensuring standardised service delivery
- Control and optimisation of service level agreements
- Support in the implementation and de-implementation of mandates
- Maintenance and expansion of customer relationships
- Support in the acquisition of new mandates
- Compliance with internal guidelines and conducting safety rounds
- Leadership and development of your employees
- Technical involvement and support in maintenance and repair
What sets you apart.
You are a passionate service provider with a high standard of quality and bring the following:
- Bachelor of Science in Facility Management with a technical and commercial background
- Technical basic training in HVAC or electrical engineering desirable
- Several years of experience in team leadership
- Very good IT skills (MS Office, and ideally also in the Planon CAFM system, RTM, SAP Fiori, Basware)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form (English/Italian an advantage)
- Sound business understanding
- Strong customer orientation and high social competence
- Enjoyment in leading and developing employees
- Residence in the Sargans-Chur region advantageous
