Your contribution to our team
As a civil engineer, you will start directly in the exciting world of demanding construction projects with us. Our experienced team will support you as you begin your professional career and guide you step by step through the diverse tasks in structural engineering.
As a project engineer, you will design complex buildings and civil structures, excavation pits and foundations, from the initial concept idea to realisation. You will use modern digital planning methods and work closely with specialists from various disciplines.
Another focus lies in the static and dynamic verification of existing structures as well as in the planning of strengthening and conversion measures. You will have the opportunity to continuously deepen your expertise and take on increasing responsibility.
We will support you specifically in your professional and personal development. Our goal is for you to develop into an independent project manager in the medium term and to lead demanding projects independently in our interdisciplinary project teams.
Your skills
- Completed Master’s degree in Civil Engineering at ETH Zurich
- Broad interest in engineering tasks and construction methods (reinforced concrete, timber, steel)
- Solid theoretical knowledge in structural analysis, design and geotechnics
- Initiative, communicative and team-oriented personality
- Independence, flexibility and entrepreneurial thinking
- Openness to new topics, such as digital planning
- Good communication skills in German, both spoken and written
- Ideally some practical experience
