What you can look forward to:

• Creative preparation of meals in the à la carte restaurant, taking into account the culinary wishes of our international guests and the prescribed diet and special foods
• Preparation of meals for the room service
• Independently co-organising smaller banquets and events
• Active support in apprentice training
• Co-responsibility in the ordering process and inventory management

What we are pleased about:

• Completed training as a cook EFZ
• Further training as a diet cook / dietitian with a federal diploma is an advantage
• Professional experience in gastronomy and à la carte service
• Enjoy working in a team, as well as the creative preparation of various dishes
• Clean and precise working method
