For a residential home in Stein am Rhein focusing on seniors, we are looking for a proactive, motivated, and flexible personality who enjoys organizing independently. As a Concierge, you welcome the residents, coordinate their concerns, and present the available apartments to interested parties. The working hours are Monday to Friday in the afternoon for about 3-4 hours.
Work location: Stein am Rhein
Responsibilities
- Care and reception of residents
- Contact person for all concerns related to the house
- Organization and coordination of various services (such as repair orders, game afternoons, walks, etc.)
- Show available apartments to interested parties and present the house
Requirements
- Representative appearance
- Very good German skills
- Courteous communication
- Hands-on mentality
- Enjoy presenting available apartments to interested parties
