These exciting tasks await you

• Full responsibility for the precise, professional, and timely execution of the monthly payroll processing from A to Z for all internal and external employees
• Ensuring the entire social insurance administration (maternity compensation, family allowances, withholding tax, EO, accident daily allowances, and year-end closing)
• Responsibility for year-end processing, declaration, and reconciliation of payroll-relevant financial accounting general ledger accounts and their balancing
• Contact person for our employees in all salary matters as well as for external bodies such as the pension fund, among others
• Consultation on complex payroll-related issues with tax, social insurance law, and international references
• Development of personnel key figures and preparation of internal and external statistics
• Participation in the introduction and further development of HR tools as well as in projects

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial basic training (commercial clerk EFZ)
• Further training at the level of HR specialist certificate, finance/accounting, CAS Payroll Expert or social insurances
• Several years of professional experience in payroll processing with solid Abacus knowledge in a comparable position
• Ability to quickly grasp complex contexts
• Interest in challenging issues
• Confident German language skills and proficient use of MS Office programmes, especially very good Excel skills
• Proactive, service-oriented, and open-minded manner
• Drive, team spirit, a pinch of humour, and openness to new things
