Scientific Collaborator Cultural Promotion
Office of Culture | Cultural Promotion | 80-100% | Chur
For the Cultural Promotion section within the Office of Culture, we are looking for a scientific collaborator starting June 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Tasks
- Processing written and telephone applications in the field of cultural promotion
- Independent examination of received applications and preparation of proposals
- Verification of project implementation and budget compliance at the conclusion of projects, as well as authorization of payments
- Evaluation and control of service agreements, budgets, activity reports, and work programs of cultural institutions supported by regular contributions, as well as drafting the corresponding proposals
- Management of the actuarial work of the Culture Commission
- Responsibility for processing contributions to singing and music schools as well as libraries
- Preparation of decision bases, strategies, positions, opinions within the framework of consultations and reports
What we expect from you
- University degree or equivalent training
- Good knowledge of the cultural landscape of Graubünden is an advantage
- Ability to think structurally and organizational skills
- High awareness of quality, ability to work in a team, and reliability
- Independent and responsible working method
- Excellent command and good oral and written knowledge of German, preferably knowledge of Romansh and/or Italian
