For over 160 years, Lustenberger & Dürst and the brand LeSuperbe have stood for the finest Swiss cheese craftsmanship. This makes us one of the oldest affineurs (ripeners) of cheese in Switzerland with around 100 employees.
The cheese specialties are exclusively produced for us by partner dairies and then carefully matured in the affinage cellars in Hünenberg ZG or Heitenried FR. Over 8,000 tons of cheese are processed annually with modern packaging systems in Hünenberg and exported to over 40 countries. The headquarters is in Switzerland with branches in Europe and the USA, as well as a network of partner companies, making us globally represented.
