You are interested in servers, networks and digital platforms and are looking for an apprenticeship for 2027? With us, you will work on the IT infrastructure, keep systems running and get to know their operation and further development. During your apprenticeship, you will gain insights into various IT areas through regular department changes and will be accompanied by experienced trainers. At the same time, you can exchange ideas with other apprentices and gain valuable experience.
These are your tasks
- You support the maintenance and optimisation of IT infrastructures
- You configure and administer servers, networks and databases
- You write your own scripts and help with the further development of device configurations
- You support users with technical questions and challenges
- In the first year of apprenticeship, you complete a several-month basic year with an external partner
- Every 6–12 months you change to a new department and gain insights into various IT areas
- You are part of a group of many apprentices. You meet during work as well as at events
- Your workplace is in Zurich
What you bring with you
- Good to very good performance in secondary school A or an equivalent education
- Interest in technologies, IT systems and digital solutions
- Enjoy analysing technical problems and finding solutions
- First knowledge or great interest in IT infrastructures and platforms
- Initiative, team spirit and motivation to learn new things
