Your tasks

• Needs-based, empathetic and professional care and support.
• Implementation of care and treatment processes.
• You accompany trainees FaGe and AGS, as well as interns with joy, clarity and patience.
• You work closely with the training team.
• Co-responsibility in the implementation of concepts.

You bring with you

• Completed training.
• High social competence, decision-making and teamwork skills.
• Independent, responsible and committed way of working.
• Joy in the profession and enthusiasm to support others in their development.
• Motivation to complete the vocational trainer course.

Standard with us

• 5 weeks holiday per calendar year, 6 weeks from the age of 50.
