Job Description
Your Team and Mission
With us, experienced specialists share a common goal: to make the daily work of property owners and portfolio managers easier. As experts in construction quality, we support real estate throughout its lifecycle, from planning to execution of works, to data-based lifecycle management.
Our headquarters are located in Winterthur (ZH). To actively develop our presence in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a committed person residing in the region who will enthusiastically contribute to our growth. Join a supportive, dynamic, and family-spirited team!
Your Responsibilities
As a project manager, you play a key role in developing and expanding our quality assurance services in French-speaking Switzerland. You combine technical project responsibility with an entrepreneurial spirit and actively contribute to the development of our activities in the region.
- You actively drive the strategic development of our quality assurance business in French-speaking Switzerland and sustainably strengthen our market presence.
- You identify new business opportunities, take charge of client and project acquisition, and develop a sustainable network of partners and key decision-makers in the construction sector.
- You independently manage and coordinate demanding quality assurance projects, covering all trades and construction phases.
- You develop our business in French-speaking Switzerland in collaboration with our current team and, in the medium term, will assume technical and managerial responsibilities as part of building a regional team.
- You conduct site visits, work acceptances, factory inspections, and warranty acceptances. You assess the quality of work and record your observations in detailed and relevant reports.
- You independently and objectively evaluate construction elements and defects based on contractual provisions, standards, and current quality standards.
- You provide comprehensive support to our clients, maintain sustainable business relationships, and position our company as a reference partner in quality assurance.
- You actively leverage your experience and market knowledge to contribute to the development of our digital services and products.
Qualifications
Your Profile
- You have completed training in construction or building technology, for example as a certified construction technician, building technician, HES/university architect, or an equivalent qualification.
- You have at least five years of professional experience in building construction, building technology, specialised planning, site management, or quality assurance in Switzerland. You also possess solid knowledge of construction processes and various trades.
- You have experience in client acquisition, business development, or market development and ideally already have an established network in the construction and real estate sectors in French-speaking Switzerland.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset, can identify market opportunities, and demonstrate initiative as well as strategic and operational skills to independently develop a business and ensure its sustainable growth.
- You work independently and in a structured manner and are motivated to assume, in the medium term, responsibility for building, developing skills, and leading a regional team.
- You communicate confidently with property owners, planners, construction companies, and other project stakeholders. You combine negotiation skills, diplomacy, and the ability to defend your positions.
