The Seematt Care Center is located in a beautiful location directly on Lake Vierwaldstätter and just a few minutes' walk from the village center of Küssnacht am Rigi. Free parking is available directly in front of the house, and we are also quickly accessible by public transport from Lucerne, Zug, and Schwyz.
The care center consists of the Rigi House, Pilatus House, and the Mythen living group. We provide a home for 89 residents with individual needs and varying levels of care.
Your main tasks:
- You are part of our team in administration and ensure the staffing of our reception desk, including telephone service.
- You take on various administrative tasks for the management team and their areas and write protocols.
- You work in resident administration.
- You are the contact person for our residents, relatives, visitors, suppliers, and employees.
- You work on Thursdays and Fridays and are willing to take on additional weekdays during the absence of your team colleagues due to vacation.
We expect from you:
- Completed vocational training in the commercial sector or a similar qualification.
- At least 2 - 3 years of professional experience.
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (stylistically confident) as well as good manners.
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and LOBOS (advantageous).
- Empathy and joy in dealing with older people.
- Independent and responsible working.
