You enjoy being in contact with customers, whether advising or selling services. Service contracts for doors and gates are at the center of your tasks with us.
Your area of responsibility
- Creating service contracts for our door and gate systems
- Following up on offers in writing and by phone
- Administrative customer support and processing contract changes including system maintenance, as well as supporting the respective Key Account Managers
- Creating and checking invoices and managing accounts receivable
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial basic training
- Initial professional experience in a similar role
- German as mother tongue with good spoken French or Italian skills
- You enjoy contact with customers, are proactive and take responsibility
