This is where you get involved
- Participation in the direct care and support of patients in Internal Medicine
- Support and accompaniment of nursing professionals and nursing teams in complex patient situations
- Participation in and independent conduct of further training
- Evidence-based development and updating of nursing concepts and action guidelines
- Further development and support in the implementation of the nursing process
- Collaboration and contribution of nursing and other expertise to the nursing development and interdisciplinary care team
You
- have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH
- have at least 2 years of professional experience in a Swiss acute hospital, mainly on a ward with medical specialisations
- hold further training in nursing science (MScN) or are in training for a Master in Nursing Science
- are willing and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration in a nursing development team as well as in the nursing teams on the medical wards
- are an open, flexible, pragmatic and solution-oriented personality
- possess high social competence and a constructive approach to all professions
